Receptionists are so friendly and respectful. Mr. Ahsan from housekeeping was so cooperative when we asked him to clean the room and provide extra towels. location is tight in front of the free shuttle to Haram, hotel and public buses to haram are available 24/7. Hotel serves free tea and dates during afternoon but they get finished quickly so you might miss them. Cheap compared to the location and the facilities

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Best price, rooms were up to standard, very clean, comfortable pillows and beds. Great location, shuttle service is Amazing. Staff very helpful. No long wait at lifts. So many food shops and grocery stores right outside. I was skeptical when I booked it. But it was the best decision. From the room to the Harram takes around 10mins in total, if the shuttle leaves straight away.
